                              The Website (referred to in these Terms as the “Casino”, “Website”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) is a brand name of Monkey 9 Limited, Reg No. 391776, registered at 1 Avolonos Street, Maria House, P.C. 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus. The Company is licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, license number 1041, issued 27 May 2025.

                              These Terms are effective from January 1st, 2022.

                              Terms may be available in multiple languages for convenience. The English version is the controlling legal version and will apply in all cases of discrepancy.

                              2. Changes to These Terms

                              The Company may update these Terms when needed. Where possible, we will notify players of significant changes. However, you should review the Terms & Conditions page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

                              3. Who Can Play (Eligibility and Jurisdiction)

                              The Website accepts players only from countries and geographic regions where online gambling is permitted by law.

                              • Access to the Website may be illegal in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with applicable laws in your location.
                              • You warrant that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside.

                              • The Company does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply fees, and it is your responsibility to check those charges.
                              • If you deposit and do not place any wagers, the Company reserves the right to cover its fees if you request a withdrawal.
                              • All deposits must be wagered 1x before withdrawal.

                              6. Game Rules and Availability

                              By using the Website, you confirm that you understand the rules of the games offered. It is your responsibility to be aware of any game information provided in the interface, including payout details where displayed.

                              Certain games may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions due to game provider policies, which may change from time to time.

                              7. Disclaimer of Liability

                              You acknowledge that gambling may result in losing money. The Company is not liable for financial loss arising from the use of the Website.

                              While the Company takes measures to protect private data and support secure operations, the Company is not responsible for how third parties (such as software providers or affiliates) further handle data. Their handling of information may be governed by their own terms.

                              The Company is not liable for:

                              • Hardware or software defects
                              • Unstable or lost internet connections
                              • Technical errors that limit access or prevent uninterrupted play

                              Errors and Incorrect Credits

                              If a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed in error, the Company may cancel affected wagers or correct the settlement to reflect the terms that should have applied.

                              If your Player Account is credited with winnings that do not belong to you (due to a technical issue, paytable error, human error, or otherwise), those funds remain the Company’s property and may be deducted from your account. If you withdraw such funds before the error is discovered, the amount may be treated as a debt owed by you, and you must notify the Company immediately by email if you become aware of an incorrect credit.

                              No Warranties; Indemnity

                              The Casino and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers:

                              • do not warrant that the software or Website is fit for a particular purpose
                              • do not warrant that the software or Website is free from errors
                              • do not warrant uninterrupted accessibility

                              They shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Website or participation in games. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino and related parties for costs, losses, claims, and liabilities arising from your use of the Website or participation in the games.

                              The Casino is the final decision-maker in determining whether a player has violated these Terms in a way that results in suspension or permanent exclusion.

                              8. Use of Your Player Account

                              • Each player may create only one personal account. Multiple accounts may lead to termination of accounts and suspension of payouts.
                              • You must not allow third parties (including minors) to access or use your account.
                              • Winnings or bonuses gained during the time a duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by the Company.

                              Player funds are held in a segregated account and are not mixed with corporate funds.

                              You may not transfer, sell, or pledge your account or any associated assets (including deposits, winnings, bets, or rights/claims). This prohibition includes any form of assignment, gifting, trading, or similar arrangements with any third party.

                              9. Anti-Fraud Policy and Verification

                              The Company applies a strict anti-fraud policy. If a player is suspected of fraudulent activity (including but not limited to collusion, dishonest strategies, fraud against other casinos or payment providers, chargebacks, payment denial, cheating, bankruptcy in the country of residence, or inaccurate registration data), the Company may terminate the account and suspend payouts. The player may be informed via phone or email using the contact details provided at registration, and the Company may inform regulatory bodies.

                              As part of verification, the Company may contact players by phone. If verification cannot be completed (including due to an invalid or missing phone number) and fraud is suspected, the Company may terminate the account and confiscate winnings. If a player does not complete the procedure within two weeks, the account may be closed and winnings confiscated, with no re-admittance.

                              LuckyDays reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if a customer or group of customers is suspected of abusing promotions, including but not limited to:

                              • placing maximum allowed bets on high-variance games to increase balance
                              • reducing stake after a large win and switching to low-variance games
                              • a deposits-to-bonuses ratio exceeding 50%
                              • any other actions that may damage the Casino

                              The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. The Company may void bonuses and associated winnings in cases including stolen cards, chargebacks, multiple accounts to obtain promotions, incorrect registration data, or other actions harmful to the Casino.

                              If you become aware of software errors or incompleteness, you agree not to exploit them and to report them immediately. Failure to do so may result in liability for costs related to the issue. If you request a withdrawal but the total bets placed since your last deposit are less than 1x the deposit amount, the Casino may charge transaction processing costs for deposits and withdrawals at its discretion.

                              10. Deposits

                              LuckyDays offers multiple payment methods, including VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards and web wallets. To confirm which methods are most favorable for your country of residence, you may contact support at [email protected].

                              • Minimum deposit: 20 $/€ (or currency equivalent)
                              • Maximum deposit: depends on the payment method

                              Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits must be made only from payment methods registered in your own name. If this rule is violated, winnings may be confiscated and the original deposit returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for funds deposited from third-party accounts that are lost due to this policy.

                              11. Withdrawals and Refund Policy

                              • Minimum withdrawal: 20 $/€ (or currency equivalent)
                              • Maximum withdrawal: depends on the payment method
                              • If a requested withdrawal exceeds a payment system limit, it may be paid in instalments.
                              • Withdrawals are processed as soon as possible, but some payment options may take up to 5 banking days.

                              If you deposited by credit/debit card and your withdrawal is equal to or less than the deposited amount, the Company may return funds to the card. Any amount exceeding the deposited total may be paid via an alternative method.

                              The Company may verify your identity before processing payouts and may hold withdrawals for the time required to complete verification. If false personal data is provided, withdrawal may be refused and the account terminated, with notice sent by email. In some cases, verification may be required via live video call (Skype).

                              Unless otherwise specified in promotional terms, maximum withdrawal limits are:

                              • €/$ 4,000 (or currency equivalent) per day
                              • €/$ 16,000 per week
                              • €/$ 50,000 per month

                              Exceptions may apply for players with higher VIP status. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.

                              For players with an active self-exclusion period, these same maximum withdrawal limits apply. These limits may also apply to inactive accounts.

                              Please note the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account does not accrue interest and no exchange or conversion services are offered.

                              12. Dormant Accounts

                              If your account remains inactive (no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits) for at least 12 months, it may be classified as “dormant.” The Company will attempt to notify you by email about remaining funds.

                              A maximum administrative fee of €/$ 5 (or currency equivalent) per month may be deducted after the account becomes dormant. You will receive email notice at least 30 days before the first deduction. Deductions can be viewed in the Cashier under “History.”

                              Fees stop if you reactivate your account, but fees already deducted are not reimbursed. You can reactivate the account by placing one or more wagers or completing a transaction including a valid deposit or withdrawal.

                              13. Complaints and Disputes

                              You may submit complaints via customer service according to the instructions on the Website. Complaints are handled by the support department and may be escalated if not resolved promptly. You will be informed about the complaint status to a reasonable level.

                              If a dispute is not resolved by casino management, you may contact an independent body, gaming authority, or licensing regulator listed on the Website.

                              In disputes, server logs and records are considered final authority. If there is a discrepancy between what appears on your screen and the game server result, the game server log prevails. The Company may contact you using the contact details in your Player Account.

                              14. Bonus Terms & Conditions

                              These Bonus Terms apply to all promotions and campaigns offered by LuckyDays from time to time and form part of these Terms. Individual promotions may also have specific terms stated within the offer.

                              Key rules include:

                              • Bonus play begins only when Real Money is depleted.
                              • If you withdraw Real Money before completing bonus wagering, remaining bonus funds may be forfeited.
                              • Maximum wager while a bonus is pending or actively wagering: €/$ 5 (or currency equivalent), including Bonus Buy features (where the purchase cost counts).
                              • Bonuses are typically valid once per Account/household/IP address, unless stated otherwise.
                              • Unless stated otherwise, to qualify for a deposit bonus you must deposit at least €/$ 20 and play €/$ 20 (or equivalent).
                              • Bonus money expires 30 days after being awarded unless stated otherwise.
                              • Free Spins are game-specific, non-transferable, and may be forfeited after 7 days if unclaimed unless stated otherwise.
                              • Free Spins linked to a Deposit Bonus may be credited after wagering €/$ 20 (or equivalent) on slots, unless the offer states otherwise.
                              • Any attempt to take unfair advantage of a bonus may result in the Company voiding the bonus, voiding wagers funded by the bonus, and removing winnings from such wagers.

                              Wagering Requirements

                              Where applicable, wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawals are permitted.

                              • Unless stated otherwise, bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement of x40 (the bonus must be staked 40 times before winnings convert into Real Money).
                              • Progress can typically be tracked in the Cashier.
                              • Cash balance is wagered first; bonus funds are used when cash reaches zero or is insufficient for the stake.
                              • Winnings from Free Spins are treated as bonus money and generally require 40x wagering on slots before withdrawal, unless stated otherwise.

                              Excluded Games

                              Some games may be excluded from bonus play as listed in the Bonus Terms & Conditions, unless a promotion states otherwise. Other games may also be excluded from time to time.
